I’m Haley Marsteiner, a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist
through the NANP and Wellness Coach through the NBHWC.
I’m also a Nutritional Therapist, Sports Nutritionist, Certified
Personal Trainer, Pregnancy/Postpartum Exercise Specialist and Weight Loss Specialist and most importantly - a wife and mom to 4 boys.

My work blends mindset coaching,
behavior change strategies, holistic health education, whole food nutritional therapy, herbalism and strength training to
help you craft a life and health plan that works WITH you, not
against you. The idea is not to shove more into your schedule or force you into my personal version of health but rather to assist you in building a more aligned lifestyle that supports the version of you that you'd like to embody... not the version of you, you've been told to embody.

I will intentionally challenge you to think deeply and honestly about where you are, where you want to be instead, how you got here, how you're holding yourself back and what needs to be done in order to move forward WHILE prioritizing and optimizing your health and well-being through holistic means.
